functions of the DNC PRO device

4: The most prominent function is connecting to a remote computer via WIFI network. The device will scan the factory's wifi network, enter the wifi password for the DNC device right on the DNC PRO screen. When the device successfully connects to the wifi network, the IP address of DNC pro will be displayed. You will access the DNC PRO's memory from your personal computer through the "MAP NETWORK DRIVER" of WINDOWS. From here you can copy the program from your computer to DNC PRO and vice versa

7: the device has RS232 handshake protocol which is "hardware handshake and software handshake". The cable included in the package is designed for software handshake, most CNC machines today follow the software handshake standard. If customers need to use hardware handshake protocol, please contact the store for instructions on how to make your own RS232 cable using hardware handshake style.

ATTENTION: the device is a miniature embedded computer, they have a 16GB memory card inside to hold the boot system (like a computer's hard drive). Therefore, booting and shutting down the device takes a short time (starting up takes about 50 seconds, shutting down takes about 30 seconds). Do not suddenly turn off the power while the device is operating. If this is repeated frequently, it will lead to a system boot error (like a computer's hard drive error). If this problem occurs, you need to take out the internal memory card and copy the system file (the system file will be sent a download link to you when needed).
